1. Supplier Selection

Choosing the right partners to work with, knowing their values, track records and their quality standards are critical in avoiding headaches and costly transactions. We take these matters seriously and protect our clients through:  

• Working with suppliers that we have known for years
• Selecting only manufacturers that comply to international quality standards
• Visiting and auditing new factories, assisting them to improve their quality systems
• Meeting and knowing the key decision makers
• Continual dialog and close rapport with each supplier

2. Supply Negotiation 

We assist in landing the best deals through:

• Understanding the products, production processes and supply seasonality,
• Negotiating supply at the right time,
• Knowing the prevailing supply and market situations, through our presence in the key supply centers,
• Maintaining close relations with major reliable suppliers, while at the same time maintaining respectability and neutrality 

B. Managing Purchases

After a deal is successfully negotiated, the bulk of our work begins:

• Ensure Purchase Orders are received in good order by suppliers
• Check and verify correct packaging are printed: labels and cartons
• Monitor progress of orders and push suppliers should they fall behind schedule
• Update client on progress of orders
• Check complete and correct shipping documents
• Relay shipping information to client

C. Quality Assurance

Safety and Quality remain as paramount concerns on food, food related items and petfood. We assure safety and quality through the following programs:

• Plant audits
• Review and evaluation of factory quality certifications 
• First production supervision
• Product Inspection
• Customer complaint investigation

D. New Product Development

Continuous development of new and innovative products are essential in maintaining leadership in the highly competitive food business. We assist our customers by working closely with their product developers and the factories' R&D sections. We keep abreast of developments in other markets and other sectors.
